The Serpico Mixes: The Incremental Disc
Big, Bigger, Biggest. This week, the Serpico Mixes builds and builds and builds.
Read More…Hello and welcome! So glad to have you joining us.
I am Tim Stevens, husband, father, booster of all things Newington, CT related etc etc. It seems unlikely you just found this site by accident so all that was probably review. Anyway, I freelance write for a variety of sites including, most prominently, Marvel.com (home of the House of Ideas) and New Paris Press (New England's online answer to the New Yorker). I also write for pure ha-ha's including the annual Tim Stevens's The January Project.
Oh, and then there's the whole almost a Doctor of Psychology thing (Psy D to be specific).
I am available for further freelance work, birthday parties, and dangerous missions to save the planet. Happy to provide samples and recommendations related to all three.
This is my online home. Please enjoy.

Read More…This week we learn to count with music given to us by Skip Serpico. It's The Counting Disc!
Read More…Last week, I raided the Stevens's document archives and came out with a letter detailing my storied family's first encounter with the first Human Torch, the android who now calls himself Jim Hammond. I shared it with the world in my Psych Ward post at Marvel.com and I'd encourage you to check it out.
I also get in touch with Hammond himself, and given my ancestor's intertwined history with him, offered him additional therapy at a reduced price. He's here now to tell me what he thinks of the idea in person.

See you all next week. And, if you celebrate it, Merry, Merry Christmas to you!
Daredevil cannot see this cover art but you (probably) can. Take advantage of your sense of sight and gaze upon these great images!
Read More…Some of the best runs of Daredevil featured the best covers. Here's Part B to prove that very point.
